Best practices for Newby auction buyer

Posted

I'm very new and haven't yet purchased our first investment home.  I'd like to learn as much about the local public auctions as possible, but am having trouble finding any information online.  I've searched for Tarrant County (TX) public auctions, but can't seem to find any real resources or good information.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can best learn about this process so that when we have our cash ready I will know what I need to know about the auction and the process.  Also, any tips on what I should do when considering purchasing a house to flip at an auction would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
