Hello everyone!

I am currently looking for my first deal with the intention of being a rental. I recently rented out my first home that I purchased 5 years ago and was living in up until now. I have been spending a bunch of time reading books, listening to podcast, and other forms of research on investing in real estate, however the knowledge that I still need to gain is finding deals off-market. I was hoping to get in contact with other investors that are familiar with investing in the Sacramento/Bay Area market and wouldn't mind sharing some knowledge on the area and finding a wholesaler or even partnering on a deal.
