In need of help with Finance Tracking

Hi to all, 

I am new to real estate investing, however, I do own two rental single family homes. I have never tracked any of my expenses, my properties have been running on auto pilot without any plan. Does someone have excel tracker that they use to help track their finances for their properties. I am trying to avoid using Quick Books. Thank you all in advance for you help.
