I have good leads from driving for dollars like the house looks very distressed and vacant and the numbers i get while skip tracing dont work and im tired of getting phony numbers, i wanna be more efficient has anyone had any success with knocking on a leads door instead of sending mail to them, i feel like its better to get a straight up answer and if they dont answer the door to just leave a flier .
