Changing out of my name and into LLC, good Lawyer in Central NJ?

Hi,

I have acquired a handful of single family rentals and i think it is time to take them out of my name and create an LLC. I am looking for a knowledgeable lawyer, familiar with NJ, and preferably close to the Princeton area. Every time i meet a lawyer, at closing for example, and ask their advise about buying as an LLC they say "talk to your accountant". When i talk to an accountant they say "talk to the lawyer". So far i haven't had a compelling reason either way. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or comments on switching to LLC.
