How to check if a number is on the "Don't Call List" before cold calling homeowners for off market deals to avoid being sued ???

Hi everyone,

I have been cold calling to find off market deals and came across a hiccup, the "DON'T CALL LIST". I have been trying to find a way to access the list so that I don't call numbers on the list to avoid being sued. Please If you have any great ideas please share I would highly appreciate it. Thanks!!!
