Illinois check court records by name?

I'm about to hire a contractor to rehab my duplex in St. Louis City. He's from Illinois. I'd like to do a little background check to make sure this guy doesn't have a criminal background.

Is there a website like this one here for Illinois? Preferably it ends with .gov. The ones that end with .org and .com are BS.
