A home with no storage

In the middle of a fix and flip.  The home does not have the space for a vacuum cleaner and misc items. Could take small laundry with separate washer and dryer, and change it to stackable, giving me space beside it to have a closet built.  Should I do it? Does seem like a no-brainer yes, but hoping to get feedback.
