Newer homes around 150K to 200K? Markets?

Hi,

I started my investment journey few months ago and was able to buy couple rental properties.

I wanted some advice on which states/cities in US have newer homes (<10 year old built) which would mostly be priced under 200K? Any suggestions on place you would recommend for me to explore?

Any suggestions from your recent experience would greatly help.

Thanks!

Hi @Rocky R.!  Good work snagging a couple properties early in your investing journey!

I know a few MSAs (markets) around me (namely Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Wichita) that will have newer construction homes under $200k.  If you look past MSAs you'll find many smaller towns with cheap new construction, too.

Besides home value, what are you wanting to be true with the next purchases?
