Looking at a property with an illegal ADU (budget)

Hey guys. I am looking at a property with an illegal small sunroom addon and also an illegal adu below the house. How much should I budget to fix the illegal ADU? It looks like the old illegal ADU was put in 20+ years ago. The space is approximately 450 square feet or so.
