Sell to Rent - Rentback
I wasn't familiar with Rentback until last week -- for those that are unfamiliar, it purchases homes and then rents it back to the previous owners that just sold. It allows those in distressed situations to sell their property, but not disrupt their lifestyles.
I only mention Rentback because I thought it was interesting, but has anyone used this type of strategy? I've never felt right about buying distressed properties, but I think this type of scenario is a win win.
