How to provide proof of funds with private money?
I am currently putting in an offer on a REO with initial plans to BRRR. I will be putting 20% down and using private money for the remainder. The bank is asking for proof of funds and I nor my realtor know the best way to provide this. Do I get a letter from my bank and from my private lender's bank plus a signed note from the private lender saying that he will indeed lending the money?
