BUY AND HOLD CAPE MAY, NJ

Good morning Bigger Pockets Family,

I am looking at a deal in Cape May NJ that I am strategizing to pick up on terms, anyone buying and holding out that way? Any insights would be great. My only in person experience with Cape May was when I went through Boot Camp for US Coast Guard, and that was a few years back now. ; )

We can buy on terms and lease option, if strong enough rental market we may just pick up owner financing and keep it.

I am working through the research now, just wanted to get some thoughts from the family!

Thanks

Lucas
