I want to get licensened to represent investors...viable?
My long term dream is to be an investor, but I don't have the funds or the credit to make it happen at the moment. So I'd like to get my RE lic to represent residential investors as a means to gather experience and earn money in a field relevant to my passion. Are there investors who require representation? In other words, is there a market for this type of agent?
