Seeking general contractors near Springfield/Dayton/Columbus reno

I am looking for referrals and any general information anyone can provide. I have a property under contract that I am wanting to do a renovation loan on. More than likely FNMA Homestyle. The property will pretty much need a nearly complete remodel. The property is located in Urbana,OH. My mortgage officer already asked me to get estimates so we can proceed with the loan. I'm having issues in my area even getting people to want to work with these loans. Any tips or leads would be greatly appreciated.
