West Texas Multifamily Investments

Hey everyone! Hope all is well! I live in West Texas and I'm getting started in real estate and am very interested in investing in multifamily properties. I bought my first home and started house hacking before I even realized that house hacking was a thing haha. Anyways, I got an investment 3/3 under contract back in March and when covid hit, I backed out when everything started shutting down. Was going through a hard money lender whom I've managed to get along with well. I'm looking at a few MF projects and was wondering if anybody would be willing to give me some pointers and maybe spare about 10-15 mins of their time on a phone call. Someone who has invested in 4+ unit buildings if possible. I would greatly appreciate any help and love to make new friends! I live in Odessa, TX, which according to BP analytics, is one of the best cash flowing markets in Texas. So if I can help anybody out that's interested in investing here, I'm willing to do so! Let me know!
