I’ve seen a lot of Ads recently for manufactured homes. Thoughts on building long term wealth from buying and holding manufactured homes?

I know they can make for great cash flowing properties but I’m curious if anyone has success stories or cautionary tales concerning the appreciation or longevity of buying and holding manufactured homes?
