Portfolio purchase advice

Hello BP community! I'm in negotiations for my first deal. I'm purchasing eight properties. I have my LLC, and plan to open a business account ASAP.

We are using a simple contract between our entities. The current contract (which I haven’t signed yet due to other errors) has all eight properties listed with one purchase price for the entire sale. Is this okay or are there reasons it would be better to list each properties purchase price individually?

Thanks for any advice!
