Newbie finding deals/agent

Currently stuck at a dead end part-time job. What do you all think about starting a career as a realestate agent? I can’t see myself anywhere else and I feel like I will learn a lot while also have the opportunity to make money which I plan on investing in real estate. I would appreciate people’s two cents. I know there are expenses to this business!
