So what if the other guy wins....
Lately I've been hearing a lot of investors deciding to wait until after the election to jump into properties. Im curious to know...so what if the guy you're voting for isn't in office... is that going to keep you from investing for the next 4 years? It is fair to consider COVID but in my eyes I just see tremendous opportunity in the future. I'm in the Nashville market, and we are hitting WAY above our ARV's. I DO NOT see it slowing down anytime soon. I'm always curious to hear what other investors are doing. Are you holding back, or is it full speed ahead?
