Homeowner Insurance on BRRRR property

Hi BP Fam!

I just purchased my first out of state, BRRRR property. The rehab will start effectively 30 days from now and will take approx a month and a half to complete. I'm struggling to find an insurance company that will insure the house as they want to see a renter in the house within 30 days of the policy becoming effective...this is obviously not going to happen in this scenario. I don't feel comfortable leaving the house uninsured (especially being out of state) until the rehab starts. I'm looking for recommendations of any work arounds or companies out there that will insure a home that will be vacant for several months.

TIA!!

Shannon
