How does one go about getting assignments as an agent from banks/lenders to do broker price opinions? What do they usually pay to do such a service?

Just looking to help a good friend. I know they are out there because I have had it done to one of my properties.

Thank you!

Hi @Justin Wilcox!  You've stumbled upon one of the best kept secrets in the biz in my opinion.  I would imagine this varies from market to market, so I can only speak to mine.  They pay a normal rate of $300 per commissioned opinion giver and most commonly the commissioners are assembled by one of the attorneys.
