REIKit cancelled my Dads account because we have the same name

My dad and I have the same name. Recently he signed up for a trial on REIKIT. They cancelled him because he has the same name as I. As someone who believes in privacy, emailing me to let me know that his account was cancelled is wrong on multiple levels. Beware if you have the same name as another user.
