Turn Key Suggestions in SE

Birmingham and Huntsville were pretty big markets for a time but it sounds like they're starting to dry up. While I don't know of any turnkey companies in Montgomery, my property manager who manages some of my properties in Atlanta is now doing most of her work in Montgomery, and I know she can find turnkey properties and/or make it a turnkey experience from the rehab to the tenants to the management. Other than that, Memphis might be about the closest market with turnkey providers and that's a long drive.
