Multi-Family Portfolio 20% Carryback

Good afternoon all,

I have a client who is under contract for 132 units and seller is willing to carry 20% back.  My buyer is trying to get in with no money down and understandably so, most banks don't have the appetite for the deal.  Any recommendations on alternative commercial financing?  An institution who would be willing to lend 75-80%?  Thanks in advance!
