$132,000 Flip Profit on a vacation house.
Hi All,
We thought we would share our experience with our first vacation (lake house) flip we sold a month ago. We decided to try vacation properties due to the over saturation of the single family flip market.
We purchased the house for $228k with a 20% down commercial loan, spent $56k on rehab (paid cash), and sold for $440K with a profit of $132k.
Does anyone else flip vacation proeprties? We are curious as in our state it is not common. We would be interested to hear your feedback.
