Lending requirements for new flippers

Hi,

I'm in need of some advice. I'm new to the U.S and have flipped a few houses. I need some advice on how to refinance a fix & flip loan to a long term rental loan? The issue is that my credit history in the U.S. only goes back a year and a half. I've got my credit score up to high 700's though. I've had to sell a couple of properties which had huge CAP rates simply because I couldn't get funding to hold onto the properties.

Can someone recommend a lender that will look at a properties specific attributes & numbers rather than my lack of credit history in America?

To the mods - I'm not soliciting a loan! I'm asking for answers to this specific question above.
