Non-residential property valuation
Hello all,
I have a question regarding valuation of non-residential real estate. Specifically, I am looking at a property with an ATM on it that is rented by a local bank. How does one value such a property? Specifically, does this use the same cap rate metrics or are other items to look at?
It seems to be similar to a NNN lease to me but I was just wondering if there was anything else I need to know thanks!
