Can real estate in MA sustain another spring?
Good morning BP patrons,
I'm an investor in MA and i'm curious to hear everyone's opinions about the market here. I know MA is a special market with all the specialty jobs and universities around.
I'm looking at a project in Needham with a lot of meat on the bone but i'm hesitant about the current material shortage to build/renovate. Does anyone in MA or familiar with the market have an opinion on the market and whether it can sustain another record-breaking spring?
Respectfully,
Paulo DaSilva
