Owner financing properties to assisted living operators?

How would someone go about finding assisted-living operators to owner finance properties to? I have had a couple of properties before that wete bigger than the average house in great areas that I thought could have been easily converted into an assisted living home. My thoughts were since the assisted living home had the potential of making great money then the operator would Willing to pay an above average Interest on a home they did not have to qualify for at a bank to purchase. If this is wishful thinking on my part I am open to hearing feedback. I have looked into being an assisted living operator a couple times myself, but I have so much going I did not want to push forward to being operator myself.
