Small White Church Suggestions

Church for sale in my hometown for less than $90,000. It is so cute. It is your typical small town white church. Any ideas on renovating it? I have seen churches converted to really cool restaurants. My fear is that it is 30-35 min outside of the main town. I do not believe there would be enough traffic out that way to support a restaurant. I have also seen churches turned into neat local markets. Thoughts, questions, suggestions?
