Major up-and-coming neighborhood in San Antonio

I wanted to put a little alert out there for fix & flip investors in the San Antonio area, I've recently noticed a ton of action in the Shearer Hills / Ridgeview subdivision. My company alone has sold 3 houses there within the last week. Some folks I work with have offers out over there as well. Pending comps show price per sq ft trending upwards, and days on market are almost down into the single digits. It seems a lot of sellers with houses that need some work are capitalizing on this action and putting their properties up for sale. With all this investment money rolling into that pocket I think it is really going to blow up in the next few months.
