I’m getting ready to sell my 3k sqft house and purchase two condos in the Atlanta area. What questions should I be asking my agent about her commissions? I’m selling one and buying two I don’t want to be paying too much money in commission.

Hello, If you're using the same Realtor for all transactions, you are paying 1 commission for 3 deals.  It's only on the sale of your property you would pay commissions.  At least that is the way it is here in AZ.  So, as a seller, you pay commissions.  As a Buyer, you don't pay any commission unless you have a Realtor that forces you to sign a Buyer Broker Agreement.
