Is the price right for this rental property?
I recently posted 3 videos in LinkedIn and on my business Facebook page about this topic. Many of you are basically asking this question, and knowing how to make these 3 calculations helps take the passion out of the decision.
There are other factors, of course: appreciation, your tax situation, perhaps you're overinvested in another area and want to diversify, etc. But if you start with the 3C's, it will get you started. Lisa Bennett, WorkforceMillionaire.com
