Quit claim deed to put property into LLC
I have a rental that I own outright. I want to put it into my newly formed LLC before I finance it to regain capital for investing. I've heard that the easiest way is to use a quit claim deed. Does doing this affect the type of deed and price I can get if I decide to sell in a few years?
