Watch a little Star Trek, learn a little Klingon

Is a little enough?  A little "Klingon" is probably way too much.  It's a sure fire way to demonstrate that you have way too much time on your hands.

But when it comes to real estate, knowing a little isn't near enough.  If this is truly your passion, your business, your wealth builder - you got to KNOW it.  There's a whole lot to dirt.

And, luck.  If you want to insult a real estate professional, just say "you've sure been lucky."  It's not luck.  It's what hard work, knowledge, and skill earns you.  And, let's face it: luck is always against the guy who is depending on it.

So, here's the question:

What is one thing that every investor - new or "used" - should know?

Don't give your secrets away. Don't open your tool box. Just a little "real estate Klingon" to inspire us to KNOW more.
