Various Lead Strategies - Marketing Questions
Hi Everyone,
I am working an outbound call campaign with my partner. We have multiple listing types. Understanding the approach should be different for these varied types, I am not quite sure what sort of scripting to use to pique they owner's interest. Any insight anyone can provide would be invaluable. Here are the lead types:
1. Absentee
2. Duplex
3. Mid Size MultiFamily
4. 55+ w/ High Equity
5. High Value properties with poor credit
Once again, I truly appreciate this community and all the value everyone brings to these posts.
All the best,
Cory Dial
