Best cities outside of Austin to buy my first rental property?

I recently bought a home in Pflugerville which is a great city and developing fast! Now we’re looking to buy our first rental property. Pflugerville, Manor, Killeen are already on my list, but curious if there are better areas around Austin in the 100s to generate cash flow.

@Christopher Iqal I live in Killeen where I own a Duplex, and I own a SFH in Harker Heights. The entire Bell County area is relatively cheap with some decent cash flow; just be aware that certain areas of Killeen can be war zones, may have some higher turn over rates with military, and you will not see much appreciation in Killeen. All that being said, it is still a good area to invest for long term, but I second all the other areas mentioned above as well. If you are interested in the Bell County area feel free to PM me.
