Finding out about a house under Pre-Foreclosure/ Auction

Good afternoon All,

I have been looking at this one two family home that is under Foreclosure or under action on Zillow but it doesn't come up on on any other MLS. What is the best way to find out more information on the house? Do I contact a random agent? If it is under auction from a bank, what website do I use to find out which bank is holding it to make an offer?
