Apartment Auctions trends
Is anyone else running into hyper inflated bidding on fixer apartments? Recently I have attended a couple of auctions where apartments that need significant rehab are being bid up to near ready to occupy units. Seems kinda crazy. I am guessing these bidders have not run any ROI calculations and are paying an auction premium too? Thought?
