Multi family unit in San Francisco

Hi there,

With rents in San Francisco fluctuating all over the place I am wondering if it is a good time to find a deal on a multi family unit (duplex/fourplex) with a recovery in the future in mind.

I had a few questions and I’m looking for some guidance through this journey.
