Number of Tenants Question
My wife and I just purchased a home in Salt Lake City with a basement apt. that has three bedrooms. Does anyone know how many unrelated tenants can occupy the downstairs while we live upstairs? The parking is on the street and I don't want to risk issues with neighbors/city if we rent to 3 people.
