Hi guys,

Can you help me with the JV agreement in wholesale?

Another wholesaler has the contract, I brought the buyer.

Question: Who would be responsible for fill out the JV agreement?

How can I protect myself to don't be cutted out of the deal? 

Once he has the contract, he will send all the documents to the title company, so it would be easy to cut me out , once I will bring the buyer.
