Using BP Tools Calculator
I'm a newbie investor and I'm trying to use the BP analysis tools to figure out if a property would make a good investment. The problem is every property that I use has a negative ROI and negative cashflow. I'm wondering if I'm using the calculator right. Do most properties that you use the calculator for have a negative ROI and/or cashflow?
