Hello,

I have come across a very motivated seller who has a portfolio of 60 properties that he needs gone. I am only familiar with wholesaling home, but I really want to help this seller out as he is in distress.

Is there a possibility that I can wholesale this Portfolio deal?

What would the buy formula look like?

If anyone could please help me out figure this out, I’d love for us to work together on this.
