Hey real estate investors,

I am getting into the game in Los Angeles, CA and know that referrals are the first thing to ask for when looking for anything in the real estate investing field. Would anyone have a good reference for roofers, project managers, plumbers, electricians, inspectors, pest control, contractors for painting, landscaping and installing finishes?
