How do I figure correct Comps
I have a off market property I’m trying to get comps for and the house layout doesn’t match what the county records show. Property was remodeled at some point without pulling a permit and now a 3/2. County records have it as a 2/1. Should I pull comps for 3/2 or 2/1?
