leverage as non-nationals (financing)

Hi everyone,

My partner and I currently hold 2 properties outright in FL. They are both rented.

We are trying to find a lender that would bundle these 2 properties in a single cash out refi so we could acquire more properties, thus increasing our portfolio.

We are non nationals which has been a big stopper in this endeavor.

In case anyone knows of any alternative way to use those 2 properties as leverage to keep adding to our portfolio I would really appreciate it.

Thank you all.
