Making an offer on a house that’s been on the market for a year.
I want to make an offer on a home that’s been sitting on the market for a year. It’s the perfect size for my family of 7, but it needs a lot of cosmetic work. Outdated kitchen and bathrooms, new rugs, paint, and all new appliances. Would I be crazy to go in at 280 when they’re asking 369? I plan on writing a letter too.
Thanks in advance!
