Private Money & Leveraging Credit

Antorious Kelly
Posted

I’ve been wholesaling for almost three years , but would like to know if anyone has any advice for leveraging someone else’s credit.

My goal is to build equity from single family and eventually invest that equity into the right Multifamily deal. I will start targeting seller financing/no money down deals or 70% BRRR deals.

I have a family friend who has excellent credit and is interested  in leveraging it. I gave him some basic info on how Private money works and he wants more info. Is there anyway I can leverage his credit, if so what would be a good way for me to structure it ?  I was thinking that it would make sense for me to write up some document showing how it would work.

I’m 22 and feel that owning my first Investment is more than possible.
